Fresh Flowers or Plants:
Should there be an issue with your order, you or the gift recipient are requested to immediately and within 24 hours, call us at 215.790.2576, or send an email with a photo of the flowers or plant to [email protected]. We will respond as soon as possible. Depending on the issue, we may return to retrieve or replace your order. However, please note, due to varying conditions in any environment, we cannot guarantee plant material after it has left our store.
Custom orders, seasonal merchandise, silk arrangements, perfumes, jewelry, plants, flowers, and sale items are non-returnable.
If a product was damaged in transit or is otherwise defective, please report the damage or defect within three days of receipt. Be sure to keep the box and packing material as we may request the return of the product. We may also request a photograph of the damage. Providing we agree with your or the recipient’s assessment, we will be happy to replace the product, if available, or offer a refund.
In the event you are unhappy for reasons other than damage or defect, your purchase may be returnable in its original, unopened, and unused condition for exchange or store credit only. Please notify us within seven days of receipt for assistance. You may be responsible for return shipping and reshipping. Please be aware that store credits cannot be used for online purchases at this time.
