1.1 Where do you deliver flowers?

Shop Evantine is pleased to offer local flower and plant delivery in the Greater Philadelphia Area as follows.

If the delivery address is outside of these zones, please call our shop at 215-790-2576 or send an email to [email protected] to inquire about additional delivery options.

1.2 Will my flower order look exactly like the one pictured online?

In some instances, our photo(s) may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase or container which cannot be exactly duplicated.

Although the actual arrangement delivered may not precisely match the photo(s) shown, its style and mood will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers, greens, or containers will be required due to weather, seasonality, timing, or market conditions affecting availability. If this is the situation with the gift you have selected, we will ensure the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved, and we will only substitute items of equal or greater value.

1.3 Are there any special requirements to deliver to hospitals or nursing homes?

For hospital and nursing home deliveries, please make sure to include the full name of the recipient, the hospital or facility, as well as the room number or ward (if possible). Your arrangement will be delivered to the front desk, nurse's station, or directly to the room as per the facility's policy. As a special service, we check with the hospital or facility to verify the room number. If the patient has been discharged, we will arrange delivery to their home address. Of course, the more information you know and share with us, the better for accurate delivery.

1.4 Which hospitals do we deliver to?

Shop Evantine offers same-day or next-day delivery to all hospitals in Philadelphia and the surrounding area, including the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, the Abramson Cancer Center, Thomas Jefferson Hospital, Penn Medicine, the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Chestnut Hill Hospital, Bryn Mawr Hospital, Bryn Mawr Rehab, and Lankenau Hospital. If the hospital is in the Greater Philadelphia Area, we deliver to it. However, should you have any questions or concerns regarding the location or any restrictions that may prevent delivery, please call our store to discuss possible options. 215-790-2576. Thank you.

1.5 Do you provide flowers for weddings and other events?

YES, we sure do! Evantine Design, Inc. plans many of Philadelphia's most incredible weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, galas, corporate events, and all other kinds of celebrations. While Shop Evantine does design flowers for smaller dinner parties, micro weddings, and private events, for anything grander, we encourage you to reach out to Brian Kappra, our President and Creative Director, via 215-492-8545, extension 18.

1.6 Which credit cards do you take for online orders?

Payments for online orders for flowers, plants, and products can be made using any of the following: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
